After a long fight against SARS-COV-2 pandemic, Italy is getting back on its feet, and so does also its soccer.
The Serie A – the country’s top-flight soccer league – was given the green light to return on June 20, after almost three months of suspension.
On Monday, Lega Serie A announced the schedule for the remaining fixtures to complete the 2020/2021 season.
The league is set to resume with a matchday every three days until August 2, in order to complete more matches over a shorter period of time, for a total of 124 games in only 44 days.
The official schedule until matchday 35 was released on the Serie A website, while the dates for the last three rounds are still being discussed and will be communicated in the coming weeks.
